Rolfing with Sean Kengla
The Ten Series
Rolfing is traditionally structured as a systematic Ten Series—a progressive set of 10 one-hour sessions where each visit targets a specific layer or segment of the body.
Sessions 1–3 (The Superficial Layer): Focus on freeing up breath, mobilizing outer layers of tissue, and balancing superficial tension around the ribs, chest, and legs.
Sessions 4–7 (The Core/Deep Layer): Work deep into the pelvis, spine, and legs to establish a stable foundation and vertical support from the ground up.
Sessions 8–10 (Integration): Blend the upper and lower body together to create a unified, adaptable, and long-lasting pattern of balanced movement.
